Any cracks that spread in multiple directions and are larger than a quarter will be unrepairable. We can repair up to 18 inch long cracks as long as it is a single crack that does not split in multiple directions, the crack can curve but it must be a single crack to be repairable.
Process
Our highly trained rock chip repair experts will set an appointment to assess your window and ensure that it can indeed be repaired. Our special repair process involves injecting a scientifically formulated high strength polymer resin into the crack or chip. The resin is then cured under intense ultraviolet light to harden the resin to a high strength bond that is guaranteed to hold for a lifetime. The entire process takes just 25-45 minutes and you will be back on the road with no further treatment needed.
Appearance
Once repaired your crack or chip will look 50% to 95% less noticeable depending on the severity of your crack and how long the crack has existed. The repair provides a smooth clear finish that does not change light refraction or transparency.
